2.Check the zero reading key-on engine-off
A sensor showing significant pressure with the system depressurized indicates drift or a signal offset.
3.Command dosing and watch the pressure response
Pressure that fails to reach target suggests a supply restriction, stuck supply valve, or leaking doser rather than the sensor.
4.Inspect the supply line and screens
Look for coking, kinks, or varnish restricting flow to the doser.
5.Measure circuit voltage drop
Check for added resistance on the signal and ground wires; more than 0.1 V of drop can skew the reported pressure.
6.Verify repair with a forced regeneration
