Call-Out / Service Fee Defined

The Call-Out / Service Fee is the fee for us to go to your location. This fee covers an initial diagnosis of the vehicle. If in-depth diagnostics or disassembly is needed, an estimate will be presented to the customer, showing the cost based on our diagnostic rate. The call-out / service fee is still due. If the vehicle can be diagnosed without the need for in-depth testing or disassembly, the fee may be credited toward the total cost of the repair, if the customer chooses to proceed with the repair.

Mileage Fee Defined

The Mileage Fee is for locations outside of a 10-mile radius, with downtown Grand Rapids, MI being the center, and is considered a port-to-port charge (e.g. round trip). Mileage fees are not deducted or credited toward service. The fees are typically calculated as port-to-port, but may also be calculated differently, depending on the location and repair type. They will be listed on all invoices and estimates.

Business Hours & After-Hours

While we do offer 24/7 service availability, this is typically reserved for our fleet and contract customers. Regular business hours are 8am to 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Sunday and Wednesday are considered outside of regular business hours. Business-hour rates apply to service which is scheduled during our regular business times. Fleet customers, please refer to your agreement.
