How to file a claim
Repairs performed by Fixitfor.us are protected by our limited warranty for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. If a covered repair fails within that window, we'll take care of it.
There are two ways to start a claim:
- Submit the form below with your repair and invoice details, or
- Email warranty@fixitfor.us and attach a copy of your invoice.
To process your claim quickly, please have the following information ready:
- Name
- Repair Order / Invoice #
- Technician Name
- Time / Date of Repair
- Repair Service performed
- Current Mileage
- Nature of the problem
- License Plate or VIN
