Upper Surge Tank Hose

Repair Steps:

  1. Allow engine to cool completely (minimum 2 hours)
  2. Locate the upper surge tank hose connecting to the top of the radiator
  3. Place a drain pan under the connection points
  4. Loosen and remove hose clamps at both ends
  5. Carefully twist and pull the old hose to remove it
  6. Clean the connection points on both the surge tank and radiator
